About
About Mila Sinclair
Mila Sinclair is an independent blog about ordinary self-care: resting without turning it into a performance, moving slower without apologizing for it, needing less social contact, and taking small care seriously even when it does not look impressive.
We are not a therapy service, medical reference, coaching program, productivity system, or crisis resource. We write for people who need a gentler sentence and a usable next step, not another ideal life to compare themselves against.
What we cover
Our topics include rest guilt, low-social days, being average, body basics, daily friction, and kinder inner language. The pages are intentionally plain: short essays, small prompts, practical reframes, and ordinary moves that can fit inside a real day.
What we avoid
We do not diagnose conditions, provide treatment plans, replace therapy, offer emergency support, promise mental-health outcomes, or turn self-care into another consumer identity. If a topic needs professional help, we say so.
Corrections and contact
If a page sounds too certain, too commercial, unclear, outdated, or in need of a stronger professional-care boundary, contact us at contact@milasinclair.com.
